It required a 3 point turn in the garage to get out. The manager was very nice and gave us an easier spot. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. "Booked room at 8pm. Tried many ways to contact property for late check-in around midnight. Arrived to a sign at door advising to go next door for late check-in. Booked a room with 2 beds. Received 2 connecting beds. Went next door to ask for a solution. Was given 2 flat sheets to separate the beds for the night."

"For the price I think this was an absolute steal! The room was very spacious and I think I was upgraded as I got a balcony.
Location couldn’t be better, just a few moments walk to the lake.
